Story Telling and Mary Lou Little Free Library Unveiling at Augusta Savage Arts and Community Center, 1107 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Green Cove Springs, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Children will hear stories and receive books.

Honoring Black History at Hunter-Douglas Park, 4227 Longmire Road, Middleburg, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event includes food and music and showcases the fantastic figures who came through Clay County to change history.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 11

Black History Month BINGO at Augusta Savage Arts and Community Center, 1107 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Green Cove Springs, at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Must be at least 18. Space is limited, so call (904) 652-5491 to sign up.

 

Saturday, Feb. 15

Augusta Savage Festival at Spring Park, 200 Spring St., Green Cove Springs, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Event will include free hot dogs, drinks, games, giveaways, clothes and gifts.
