Notice is hereby given that on March 29, 2022 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Clay County, Florida, described as follows:
A PORTION OF LOT 'B', BLOCK 104, OF THE PALMER AND FERRIS TRACT, GREEN COVE SPRINGS, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY; SAID PORTION BEING MOE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, on April 7, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.

The sale is being held pusuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on April 7, 2022, in Civil Case No. 2019CA001202, pending in the Circuit Court in Clay County, Florida.
