NEPTUNE BEACH – Fleming Island High volleyball rebounded from a disappointing district final loss to Bartram Trail with a 3-0 region 1-8A win over Fletcher in the playoff opener for both. The win sets up a rematch of sorts at Bartram Trail in the region semifinal on Tues., Oct. 31.

Junior center hitter Rayna Durden blasted 14 scoring shots from her middle position in the three games against Fletcher as the Golden Eagles battled through the first two games with scores of 25-21 and 28-26 before hammering Fletcher 25-14 in the match winner.
