DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE: Meets July 13, July 20, and July 27 at 10 a.m. in the Zoning Department Conference Room, 3rd Floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. Each meeting is open to the public.

ROUND ROBIN SHAKESPEARE: - July 13 at 6:30 p.m., Fleming Island Public Library, 1895 Town Center Blvd. Join in the aloud round robin reading of "Macbeth." Free and no experience necessary. SOIL & WATER DISTRICT: The Clay County Soil & Water Conservation District holds its regular monthly meeting July 14 at 9 a.m., Clay County Extension office, 2463 State Rd. 16 W, Green Cove Springs. Open to the public.

TEEN COURT: Meets July 13 and July 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the Clay County Historical Courthouse, 915 Walnut St. in Green Cove Springs. Great opportunity for teens to volunteer and earn community service hours. ANNUAL SERVE DAY: July 15 at Celebration Church, 512 Kingsley Ave., Orange Park from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Will include backpack giveaways, face painting, water fun, a DJ, free haircuts and a Farm Share truck to distribute food to families.

FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE: Meets July 18 at 3 p.m. in the BCC Meeting Room, fourth floor, Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. The meeting is open to the public.

THE PLAY'S THE THING: Featuring History's Greatest Playwrights. Join us as we continue our reading of George Bernard Shaw's “Major Barbara,” July 18 from 5:45-7:45 p.m., Orange Park Library, The Hub, 2054 Plainfield Ave. We will be reading from tablets. MILITARY OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA: N.E. Florida Chapter 18 meets July 19 at the NAS Jacksonville Officers Club. Social time is 11 a.m. and lunch is served 11:30 sharp. Lunch will be build your own sandwich, salad with chicken, lettuce, tomato, pasta salad and dessert, $14 per plate. BEGINNER BACKYARD POULTRY SEMINAR: Are you interested in raising a small, backyard chicken flock to produce your own food?
