DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE: Development Review Committee meets May 24 and May 31 at 10 a.m. each date in the Zoning Department Conference Room, third floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. Open to the public.
MEMORIAL DAY: Wreath laying ceremony May 28 at 10 a.m. at the TAPS Monument, Clay County Historical Triangle, 915 Walnut St., Green Cove Springs. The TAPS Monument is dedicated to the memory of 66 fallen Clay County residents.
CLAY HILL COMMUNITY UPDATE: Clay Hill Elementary School Cafeteria, 6345 County Rd. 218, on May 29 at 7 p.m., hosted by Principal Adele Reed and led by County Commission Chairman Gavin Rollins and will include updates on county roads, Advanced Disposal’s rerouting, environmental crimes and a Sheriff’s Office report.
FLEMING ISLAND ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Meets May 30 at 7 p.m. in the Fleming Island Library Conference Room, 1895 Town Center Blvd. The meeting is open to the public.
