HERITAGE COMMISSION: City of Keystone Heights Heritage Commission presents a free workshop about its ongoing Building Plaque Program on March 10 at 10 a.m. at city hall on Lawrence Boulevard. Clay County Archivist Vishi Garig will discuss techniques on researching public records about older properties and the Commission’s Building Plaque Program.
