PENNEY FARMS HISTORICAL SOCIETY: March 15 at 7 p.m. in Town Hall at 4100 Clark Ave. as guest speaker Eugene Francis discusses the history of his mother’s family, “Lycurgus” in Clay County and Northeast Florida, which has been traced back almost 300 years. Free and the public is invited.
