Today the Alhambra stands proudly as the nation’s oldest continuously operating equity dinner theater.

More important, after a half century the Alhambra is as vibrant as ever. Maybe more so, given the improvements Smith has directed, coupled with the quality performances and occasional stars that Booth still directs with the same passion he has had since he began in the mid ’80s.

In November of 2011, with the leadership of Executive Chef DeJuan Roy, switched to plated, full-service seating at your table. Creating the Alhambra’s unique dining experience, Chef DeJuan leads our in-house culinary team as he creates a new culinary adventure for each show tapping into the show’s unique story and theme. So each time you visit the Alhambra for a new production, you’ll also enjoy an entirely new menu!
