OCTOBER QUARTERLY MEETING: of the J.C. Penney Memorial Scenic Highway, Thursday, Oct. 20 in the Commons Building at Penney Retirement Community, at 7:00pm. Topics to be addressed at this meeting will include the 2017 work plan of projects and activities along the scenic highway and the upcoming Penney Farms 5K Run, a fund raiser to help fund these new ideas.
